POSITION SUMMARY
Provides Administrative support to CBHL Team and TRI-CIT Council. This includes CBHL data entry and coordination of clerical needs for TRI-CIT Committees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Provides administrative support to CBHL Team and all Committees of TRI-CIT, as needed.
• Coordinate registration for training and travel arrangements for CBHL Team and TRI-CIT members.
• Attends and takes minutes for all TRI-CIT and CBHL Team meetings, as assigned.
• Creates flyers for CBHL Team and TRI-CIT events.
• Maintains correspondence with TRI-CIT email distribution list.
• Obtain notary certification.
• Assists CBHL Manager in ordering or purchasing supplies needed for events and CIT training.
• Coordinates lunch and snacks for council meetings and scheduled trainings.
• Assist in documenting expenses for CBHL team and Tri-Cit.
• Assists the CBHL Team with data entry and tracking of information.
• Assists in data entry into Care Manager system and ensures ongoing accuracy.
• Copies and collates documents for meetings and trainings.
• Open episodes in the electronic record for the CBHL Team.
• Assists TRI-CIT commitees with fundraising and marketing events.
• Coordinate resources for CBHL Team.
• Assist with transportation of clients to appointments, when appropriate.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and courtesy to peers, consumers and the community as a representative of Beacon and TRI-CIT.
• Assists other administrative support in the agency as directed by CBHL Manager.
• Participates in state Community Behavioral Health Liaison meetings and trainings.
• Other duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Education/Certifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or technical degree strongly preferred
• CPR/First Aid Training Required
• Reliable transportation
• Driver’s license and minimum state-mandated auto insurance
Experience Required:
• 1-3 Years of Position-Related Experience Minimum
• 3-5 Years of Position-Related Experience Preferred
Knowledge Required:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Work, excel, outlook, powerpoint and publisher)
• Knowledge of criminal justice system and prior use of an electronic medical record a plus.
Skills Required:
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills required.
