SUMMARY OF POSITION
Provides administrative support to one or more Directors, with duties including assisting in the daily office needs and coordinating the general administrative activities of the assigned department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred but not required
Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous administrative experience required, 3+ years preferred.
Required Knowledge: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) required. Prior use of electronic medical records a plus.Working knowledge of office systems, such as faxes and copiers.
Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills. The abilities to multi-task and manage the day-to-day administrative activities of multiple individuals/departments. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent time management skills and a strong ability to prioritize work.

- Assists in general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and distribution of documents as needed.
- Schedules and organizes meetings, including taking minutes, as assigned.
- Assists in the preparation and distribution of various reports, utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
- Acts as a liaison with other administrative staff and departments within the agency to coordinate activities as needed.
- Prepares general correspondence including memos, emails, etc., as directed, ensuring accuracy and clarity of all documents produced.
- Works in cooperation with the Office Manager to maintain departmental supplies, and anticipating adequate inventory of supplies.
- Assists with special events as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
