Responsible for the provision of assessment, crisis intervention and individual therapy
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides comprehensive clinical and resource assessments for all clients including initial diagnosis.

Provide crisis services by telephone or face to face including assisting with completion of involuntary commitment paperwork as needed.

Provide backup mobile crisis coverage for area hospitals as needed.

Case management activities associated with linking clients to TCMH internal and provider network, community resources.

Act as a liaison with referring agencies.

Complete clinical documentation in AVATAR within 72 hours of service provided which clearly reflect interventions provided and necessity of those interventions.

Maintains knowledge of agency technology programs and/or systems needed to do the job and uses them effectively.

Field information education calls regarding TCMH services and community resources.

Meet productivity expectations.

Provide individual therapy as needed.

Works in a cooperative and problem-solving manner with TCMHS staff and community agencies.
- Assist the clinical manager in identification of service gaps and steps necessary to address service needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications:
- Master's Degree and LPC/LCSW or LMSW required
- CSAC I or II preferred
- Annual CPR/First Aid Training Required
- Annual TB test required
- 1 to 3 years prior position-related experience required
- 3 to 5 years prior position-related experience preferred
